When we view a property, I look beyond its presentation. I consider the location, privacy, orientation, condition, surrounding development, practical running costs and future marketability. When a specialist opinion is required, I coordinate the appropriate independent professional.
My clients value a calm process, honest comparison and one consistent point of contact who understands both the local market and the concerns of an international buyer.

Professional Background
My professional background combines long-term market experience with formal studies in real estate management and property development. My training includes Real Estate Management at ISEP, a Master’s programme in Property Development at IPE, and training as a Judicial Real Estate Expert with UEPJII.
I work in English, Spanish and Russian, which allows me to support clients directly and reduce misunderstandings during an international purchase.
